2.Our Service
StealthCards provides privacy-focused card products funded with cryptocurrency. Choose a $59 virtual card issued instantly for online use and with Apple Pay and Google Pay, a $199 physical card shipped worldwide for free, or the $209 bundle that includes both. Additional virtual cards are available for $39 each, up to four per account (up to five with the physical-only tier). All cards include up to a $5 bonus, and expire after 3 years.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StealthCards for any unlawful activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. In no event shall StealthCards be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Balances funded in crypto are converted to a spending unit at the time of loading. You acknowledge the inherent risks of using digital assets and card products. Only deposit what you are prepared to spend through the card.
5.Data Collection & Use
We collect only the information needed to deliver a card and operate the service. We do not require government-issued identification, Social Security numbers, or other KYC documents to issue a card, and we do not sell or rent your data. Access to data is restricted to personnel and processors who need it to operate the service.
6.Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for card purchases, deposits, or any fees charged for use of the service.
